A Film-Based Mental Wellness Program That Helps To Normalize Talking About Anxiety
(Appropriate for ages 10 to 100+)
Angst Building Resilience is subtitled into 11 languages, dubbed in Spanish, and has had over 10,000 screenings spanning 70+ countries.
We have two versions of Angst; 55 minutes (which includes an exposure therapy scene) and 43 minutes, which fits in a class period.
Whether your school or organization is online learning, offline learning, or a blend of both, we offer all of our Film-Based Education Programs virtually and in person, including our films Angst, LIKE, The Upstanders, Nevertheless, and RACE to BE Human.
Schools and organizations can now easily and affordably access IndieFlix programs on anxiety, bullying, effects of social media, mental health, and gender & racial equity, as well as participate in interactive materials and discussion guides.
We create and customize a portal for your community, which includes the film to watch on-demand within a specific date range, tip sheet, family discussion guide, and more, all in one central dashboard.
We provide a producer to help you host a Live Screening Event followed by a Q&A with your panelists at a specific date & time in our virtual cinema. We also provide a branded registration page to easily invite your community to sign up to watch. Choose to include the filmmaker and/or experts featured in our films for an additional fee.
We will record this event and make the event and your panel discussion available as an on-demand viewing in your branded dashboard after your event
