Gerry Waters came to IndieFlix in September 2020 as Marketing and Communications Director.
English born and raised, she worked for 7 years as a communications strategist for two of London’s top advertising agencies, before taking a management role at global maverick, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, working across Europe for fashion brands and then moving to Singpaore to help establish an agency to cover the Asia Pacific.
After an INSEAD MBA she worked directly for the board of Pearson Television, before moving to Texas and taking a part time role training Unilever marketeers around the world.
Since then she has juggled motherhood with Intercultural work, diverse branding projects and a host of volunteer and artistic projects.
