Introduction

Welcome to the Creative Coping Toolkit, provided by iMPACTFUL Group, Inc. ("We", "Us", "Our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Information We Collect

For most users, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). However, if you are purchasing the CCT as rental you will be instructed to create an InPlayer account and submit necessary contact and payment information , please see the "Rentals" section of this privacy policy for more information. Additionally, we use third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to collect basic visitor data about user interactions with our app. The user interaction data we collect includes details of your visits to our app, including traffic data, your ip address, other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the app.

We also present survey questions to visitors throughout the app’s user experience. These survey questions are anonymous, and we do not collect any personally identifiable information about the individuals who answer these questions.

Information We Store

The limited data we collect is stored securely by our third-party service providers. The raw data is also aggregated and provided back to the organizations who have licensed our application, in the form of an aggregated report. This aggregated data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

Information Use and Sharing

We do not sell any data we collect with any third parties. However we will share the limited data that we do collect. Recipients of this data include:

  • The customer who has licensed our product for their audience, in the form of an aggregated usage report.
  • Additionally the third-party service providers who collect data on our behalf may have access to some of this data (Google and SurveySparrow).

Cookies

Our app uses cookies to enhance your experience. For the most part, these are local cookies to remember your progress, show you which parts of the program you've already completed, and remember your preferences. Additional cookies are used for rentals to store your login session, please refer to the "Rentals" section of this privacy policy for more information.

Rentals

If you are accessing our programs as a paid rental, you will be asked to create an account with our paywall service provider InPlayer. Please refer to the InPlayer privacy policy for information regarding your personal data in their systems.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Our app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

"Do Not Track" Signals

As we do not use tracking cookies, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals sent by users' browsers.

GDPR Compliance

We are dedicated to complying with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our services do not gather and store personally identifiable information. Even so, we strive to respect user privacy and take careful measures to protect user data, honoring individuals' rights to control their data as outlined in the GDPR.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we affirm that we do not sell personal information we collect and that we respect the privacy rights granted to California residents. Our app does not gather personally identifiable information, thus aligning with the regulations of the CCPA.
