Biography:
Rodrick Pocowatchit is from the Pawnee, Shawnee and Comanche tribes and resides in Wichita, KS. He wrote, produced, directed and starred in the digital features "Dancing on the Moon" and "Sleepdancer," and is now in post-production on his third feature, the zombie satire "The Dead Can't Dance." Rodrick has won several awards (including a special jury prize from the American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco for promising newcomer) and received intensive training from the Sundance Institute’s screenwriting labs. He also writes a weekly film column and reviews movies for The Wichita Eagle newspaper in Kansas.
