IndieFlix, LLC ("IndieFlix") respects the privacy rights of our visitors and is
committed to protecting the information we collect about you online. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal
information. IndieFlix will take reasonable steps to protect your personal
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. As we
update and expand our services, this policy may change, so please refer back to

How We Use The Information We Collect

IndieFlix will obtain email consent from any user if the company is going to be

As you browse the IndieFlix site, cookies may be placed on your computer's hard
drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a
Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Cookies allow us to gather usage
information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to our site and its
various pages. We analyze this data to determine which parts of our site
customers like and which parts need improvement. Automatically logged
information is also used to analyze trends and to administer the site. If your

Opting Out

IndieFlix to send you e-mail or other messages about our products and services,

Put the word "REMOVE" in the subject line. In the body of the e-mail, please
include your name and address so we can ensure that we have all the information
needed to remove you from our lists. In some instances, despite your opt-out
selections, IndieFlix may send you e-mail communications if you contact
IndieFlix. In addition, we may send you service related announcements that tell
you about updates to our Privacy Policy, new areas or features on our Web site,
and other related changes.
